I always get "UnsatisfiedLinkError" if I don't have QMQMJAVA in my
library list, but you already said that you have this; and I've never
seen the second part of the message.  However, for what it's worth, my
CLASSPATH environment variable includes the following entries:

/QIBM/ProdData/mqm/java/lib/com.ibm.mq.jar:/QIBM/ProdData/mqm/java/lib

I don't know the answers to your questions, but you might try the values
from CLASSPATH above in the java.library.path property.
