I was working in AS/400 and java 2.5 yrs back and was struck in same sortaa
problem,
i refered to "Java for RPG Programmers" by George faar, CloutHard and phill.
I'm sure he had given a solution for this problem in this book in a 10 or 11
chapter,
the dopic is working with MetaData.
