Looking under HCR (hot code replace) in bugzilla, I did get a number of
hits indicating that this will be supported in the next build, which is
due out on 25-Jan.  I suggest you load that down and give it a shot.  If
it still doesn't meet your needs, you can record the problem in
bugzilla.
