RE: Webfacing: index.html loaded but Application not loaded in browser

I had the same problem - turned out to be a library list issue on the
iSeries.  The user id & password you supply within the WebFacing tool should
have the application library(s) in their library list.  I simply created a
user profile dedicated to the webdfacing application I was working on.
