I would suggest the approach used below, but if you are interested in
importing it, you can get it from
/qibm/proddata/os400/java400/ext/db2_classes.jar on a v5r1 system.  In v4r5
I believe you just remove the os400 from that path to find it.  The
db2_classes.jar name doesn't change anyway, I'm sure you can find it.

Class.forName("com.ibm.db2.jdbc.app.DB2Driver") will do the trick in VAJ.
