Yes, it means that your classpath is not set.   You need to do a right-click
on the class, select Prloperties, and go to the Classpath tab.  The, click
the Compute Now button to determine the appropriate classpath.  Make sure to
hit OK afterward.

You might want to try running your program with the -verbose switch:
"java -verbose myclass".  This may give you more information.  But
NoClassDefFoundError is pretty specific - it's a classpath error.
