java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.ibm.as400.access.AS400

I get the exception:
    java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.ibm.as400.access.AS400
on the AS400 system = new AS400("PSAUNIT"); line of code in the following
code.

Can somebody tell me why?

        {
