The way I did it was create a custom JSP tag that take 2 input parms, one is
XML the other is the XSL stylesheet. Then create a dynamic html file, that
contains the following.

<%@taglib uri="http://aero.com/taglibs/form-1.0" prefix="xsl" %>

<html>
<head>
<title>test</title>
</head>

<body>
<xsl:ApplyPDF xml="In.xml" xsl="In.xsl"/>
</body>

</html>

The custom tag take the In.xml renders it using the In.xsl and outputs a PDF
document.
