The way I did it was create a custom JSP tag that take 2 input parms, one is XML the other is the XSL stylesheet. Then create a dynamic html file, that contains the following. <%@taglib uri="http://aero.com/taglibs/form-1.0" prefix="xsl" %> <html> <head> <title>test</title> </head> <body> <xsl:ApplyPDF xml="In.xml" xsl="In.xsl"/> </body> </html> The custom tag take the In.xml renders it using the In.xsl and outputs a PDF document.
