You may want to take a look at the PSC400/Envoy product, Chris. It is tier-based, but the runtime doesn't go up as drastically as many other products. You get a very nice graphical front end with complete control over the datastream, and a generator that allows you to get up and running right away, then make screens pretty on an individual basis as you need to. And since, unlike any other product, we also remove the interactive tax, it's likely that we would actually save your client money, especially if they're looking to upgrade their hardware anytime soon.
