You should be able to do this with FTP.  Start an FTP session on the 400
command line using the ip address of the 400 or its loopback address.  cd to
the library where the source file is.  Change the namefmt to 1.  lcd to the
destination directory in the ifs.  (This makes it so you don't have to worry
about fully qualified paths.)  Do an  mget source.* That ought to do it.
