You will find excellent codes.complete manual and information to use the IBM WebSphere test environment

Go to
www.redbooks.ibm.com and search for these two wonderful redbooks
sg24-6136-00 and
sg24-5264-01

To test the examples of these redbooks (in pdf) you should select 'Additional Materials' once when you go to the redbook page.

BTW you could also subscribe to a very good mailing list for this at Midrange Mailing list.
