I'm having trouble with my echoes. When I do, for example: echo $CLASSPATH QShell responds with $CLASSPATH Similarly if I try to echo $PATH or any other environment variable. If I type env, or set with no parameters, then I see what is set. I've seen this working correctly on other machines, so I assume this is a release or PTF level issue. We're at V4R5M0. Anybody know anything about this? On a related note, if I do WRKENVVAR, I can see that CLASSPATH is set (at both system and job levels). But when I do set with no parameters in QSHELL, as above, I _don't_ see CLASSPATH. However, it seems to be working correctly, as Java programs find their classes. I'm confused.
