  • Subject: Java Write to IFS
  • From: Madhavan <seawolf00@xxxxxxxxx>

Hi All,

I use Java to write ILE C source to IFS directory ,
compile it on AS400. Everything goes well but if I
open the C source thro' Windows Explorer, it is
unreadable i.e. EBCIDIC but when I do a EDTF on AS400
or after source compilation, it is readable on AS400.
How do I fix this from happening i.e. ability to read
thro' IFS (where the source is actually going to be
edited/viewed than thru' AS400.

Thanks
madhu
