Patrick & Mandy, Here is a link to the documentation for the admin documentation: http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/software/websphere/wsappserver/docs/as400v35/docs/avindex3.html The browser based client is listed on the page. From what I understand, the browser based client continues to be enhanced and may some day be on par with the thick client. David Morris >>> Patrick.Archibald@HOMETELCO.COM 03/26/01 11:09AM >>> I second that notion. I prefer a web-based administrative solution. Is there not a browser-based admin client going to be available at some point? Perhaps Frances can help on that possibility. I've always seen that as the ideal, to be honest - NT servers with the right (large) amount of memory aren't always easy to get hold of when wanted, the installation takes time, the application is slow at the best of times, and I would also love to be able to administer WAS easily when dialled in from home (as I can the HTTP server and DCM, with the port 2001 browser-based facilities).
