RE: ToolBox class: AS400Text deprecated. What is the replacement?

When I downloaded JTOpen, it included a large number of HTML files
containing documentation like you want.  I don't remember where I got it
from, but you may find it on the AS/400 Toolbox for Java website (which I
also forget where it is).  At any rate, the javadoc for the AS400Text class
explains as follows:

"Note: AS400Text() is deprecated. Replaced by AS400Text(int, AS400). Any
AS400Text object that is created without specifying an AS400 system object
on its constructor may not behave as expected in certain environments."

When I try to call RPG in Java I use AS400Text class to wrap parameters (I
am following IBM online documentation)  I get the message "API deprecated"
when I compile the java file.

Where is the document to find the related info?
What API should I used in place of AS400Text?
