A newbie question.

I am trying to get a couple of sample programs to run from QSH that will
send email messages/files from the AS400 to MS Outlook.  I keep running into
a class problem.  My CLASSPATH is as follows:

 
CLASSPATH=/etbjava/mail.jar:/etbjava/activation.jar:/QIBM/ProdData/HTTP/Publ
ic/jt400/lib/jt400.jar:/etbjava/sendmail.class:etbjava/msgsendsample.class


I am able to compile the msgsendsample.java with no problems, but when I try
to run the program, I get the following error:

 java msgsendsample buckingham@ae.com buckingham@ae.com develop

 java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: msgsendsample                       
       java/lang/Error.<init>(Ljava/lang/String;)V+1 (Error.java:53) 

Does anyone see what I am doing wrong?  Thanks in advance!
