Frances, thank you for all your help. My client has ordered all the apporpriate software and we hope to get it delivered tomorrow. I'll be doing some remote installation support over the weekend, and then I hope to be live on Monday morning. If it all goes well, it will be in no small part because of your support (and thanks as well to Kalman Shor). If it goes poorly, the fault is mine <smile>.
