Hi Tom -

Check the UTC offset system value ... WRKSYSVAL QUTCOFFSET

If you are now on Central Standard Time, it should be -06:00

When changing the time going from/to daylight savings, the UTC offset needs
to be changed as well as the system time.  For the U.S. Central time zone,
the UTC offset is -06:00 during CST and -05:00 during CDT.
