And what is the less straightforward way, so that we can actually run Java commands online without having stdout go to a screen that requires operator response? For the time being we have implemented the "straightforward" way, i.e. to ban Java commands from being run in online jobs, so that we don't have to train several hundred people to wait until they see "Java command complete" and then press F3.
