RE: distributing C/S applications on Java

Interesting, we recently upgraded to Visual Age 3.5 Enterprise Edition.
Visual Age 3.5 comes with IBM's JDK 1.2.2 which performs extremely well
outpacing Sun's equivalent JDK (These JDKs are external to VAJ).  However,
there does not seem to be a IBM JRE 1.2.2 that is licensed for
redistribution.  All we have been able to locate is a JRE 1.1.8 and a JRE
1.3.  Since VAJ is using JDK 1.2 internally it would be nice to have an
equivalent JRE to redistribute from IBM.  Why isn't one available or where
would we find one?
