sorry it took a lot of time. You know work! Just unzip the archiv and 
start the Programm
java XMLIn myDat.xml
You need to download from 
http://xml.apache.org
the Xerces Package and add it to your classpath.

If there are any question left...
ask me again and I will try to answer (hopefully faster).
