Hi!
To format a Date to a String use the class java.text.SimpleDateFormat.
Here is a very simple example:
import java.text.*;
import java.util.*;
public class TestDate
{
public static void main(String args[])
{
SimpleDateFormat format = new SimpleDateFormat("yyyy-MM-dd");
Date date = new Date();
System.out.println("Date = " +format.format(date));
}
}
I hope that it helps
Thorbjørn
