RE: BIG news for IBM on the AS/400 !!!!!!!!!!

I aggree with you Jim but I should say that I, as a french speaking person, had understood more easily the new features of the AS400 and his tools from the Ignite Article than from all the announcements from IBM's site.

This news is good but not new.  The info at Ignite/400 site is primarily a
rehash of the big May and June announcements IBM made on the AS/400 with
new hardware models, v4r5 and WebSphere Development Tools for AS/400.  If
you go to the IBM site and look under announcements for AS/400 you can get
more details on all of this ....
