Hi Vineet

Go to AS400 site on ibm. The url is
http://www.as400.ibm.com/websphere

Go to the FAQs and then go for version 2.02 FAQ's.They have given there all 
the possible causes for the problem u r facing.

I faced the same kind of problems when i tried to configure Websphere 1.1 
over here on our AS400.
