Perhaps you could just specify the library in the individual SQL statements; e.g.
{ CALL MYLIB.PROC( ? ) }
or SELECT * FROM LIB2.TABLE2 etc.
 
Perhaps not what you mean, but it should do the trick.

I could'nt manage how to set up the URL property list of an java.sql.Connection in a such way that it could access several   AS/400 libraries...
