New java installation

Hi everybody,

I am having V4R3 version with me .

Now I have to install JAVA/400 and Visual Age for JAVA on it.

Please Guide me how to do it, which sites will be best to go(Please specify
the complete url if possible) .
Where i can find the maximam information regarding this.  What are the
things/software/kits that are freely available for download and what are the 
things/software/kits i need to buy.Plus anyother additional information you
feel is necessary and important is welcome.

Is jdk for AS/400 is freely available for download on the net as it is for
other platforms.

I will be highly Thankful for this help.
