Shahar is right.  But you CAN change the amount of environment space:

1. Create a shortcut to DOS on your desktop.
2. Right click and select "Properties"
3. Click on the "Memory" tab
4. Increase the value in "Initial environment" to something suitable

That will alleviate the "out of environment space" error.
