INPRISE VisiBroker for Java 3.3 is installed on the IFS and then compiled
with level 40

The OsAgent runs on the IPCS and invokes or initiates communications (what
you call server class) through UDP frames with CORBA classes.

Gatekeeper also runs on the AS/400 in the IFS and has to be compiled.

Hope this is useful.

Regards

1/ Could you let us know where did you install Visigenic?

     a/ NT disk drive
     b/ AS/400 IFS drive

2/ Where & how can we invoke a server class on AS/400? Since it only uses
"vbj" to run a client/server class. If we use "java", we will drop all
service options.

3/ Beside OsAgent on NT, should we run gatekeeper on NT or AS/400?

Thanks.
