Hm.. I see you're using tomcat. Is JT400.JAR in the tomcat COMMON/lib?
If so, you must decide whether to remove this jar and deploy JT400 with
each application that needs it, or remove it from your project and make
everyone use the common jar...

Have you cleaned the project? Perhaps there's a java artifact that
needs to be removed... In menu Project, select Clean...

Also noticed your eglbld names the program name as COMMANDONI, but in
you code sample, you're calling "QCMDEXC". I'm not sure if EGL lets you
call an alias name...

Sorry if I'm all over the place on this...

I've tried it with jt400.jar referenced from tomcat as well as copying
it into the project, and I've tried the the linkage definition and egl
source with the name matching and different than QCMDSRC (but matching
each other of course.) Nothing seems to matter. I still get the class
not found error when I attempt to exercise it. I'm doing that from the
web services explorer.

I don't have a "clean" option in the project tab in the EGL or web
perspectives, but I have deleted and restarted from scratch a half dozen
times. It's not too difficult with a 6 line program. I did run the
generate with wizard option tonight though, and found an interesting error:

IWN.VAL.4625.e 5/0 The project systemb.vcpi.com specified as the
genProject must be a Web project. I don't know what that's trying to
tell me. The EGL project was created as a "Web Project". Nothing in
google that makes any sense to me. Any ideas at all on that?

Regardless of the outcome, I really appreciate you trying to help me
with this Eric. Thanks.
