Well, maybe it is a big deal. After I got the email

I click on that and get to the HCL support site, which stops me for my user id and password. I tried my IBM user id and password. That didn't work. I didn't expect it to as I would have found it hard to believe that IBM would have transferred that information. So I tried just my user id and the reset password. That didn't work because it wasn't registered. I could register myself, but how would I tie those cases to my user id?
Or should I exercise patience and wait for a further email on my user id?
