Official word from IBM is "We are formulating our Verse On-Premises
roadmap for 2017 now. We will take this under consideration, but there are
no guarantees that we will release VOP on IBMi. We will be publically
announcing our 2017 VOP roadmap at Connect 2017."

I highly recommend you email Barry Rosen (barry_rosen@xxxxxxxxxx) and
Scott Souder (scott_souder@xxxxxxxxxx) asking to have VOP supported on the
IBM i. They will ask the number of seats you have.

I wish IBM would see the bigger picture of how businesses run most of
their company on the platform and how incredibly efficient it is compared
to running on other platforms.

If you decide to email Barry and Scott, I'd be interested to see what you
hear back.
