Had our external support people (Pchelps) connect it. Really baffled
them. But exiting FF with closing all tabs did it. I normally leave a
few tabs open and have it auto reopen them. Sort of like exiting the
notes client and having it remember what you were in. A lot of cache
clearing, cookie clearing and everything else without closing tabs when
restarting FF didn't do it. I even upgraded to 12.0
