when you download that fp there will be a file called READ1ST.TXT. Read
it. One paragraph:
Many customers have applied one, or several, "hotfixes" to a particular
release
of Lotus Domino. In order to apply the latest Fix Pack, previously applied
hotfixes must be uninstalled prior to installing the Fix Pack.
Then it goes on from there to explain how to check for these and how to
delete these.
