bcc, as I stated previously, is undesirable as a preventative for reply to
all. A narrow view of "all users" is the common example given and may be
handled by stating in the body "This message was sent to all users".
However it gets to be more work when you send to "Plant Managers" or
"Plant Clerks" or whatever. True, many people can look up the members of
the group - providing you have the authority to the group. But it would
increase productivity if the users would just know who already received
