Barb,

It might be better to restore userid.nsf to userid.BAK to avoid the issue
of having two databases with the same replica ID on the server.

Subject:
Restoring e-mail file

We have a user that wants their sent folder from May of this year.
We have restored the userid.nsf file before but always when the user was a

past employee.
This user is still employed here.
The question is: If we restore the file onto the server will this
replicate down to the client and cause loss of current e-mail?
Will it replicate just what is not there?
Is it a better practice to restore the userid.nsf file to userid2.nsf and
use the Administrator client to forward them to the user?
Any help will be appreciated.
