That would depend on a number of variables.
# of users
size of mail files
etc.
For most customers 4 GB circular is enough.
If you have more than a couple thousand users on the server, 8 GB linear
would be recommended.

I was looking at the DAOS Quick Start Guide at

Says I have to start Transactional logging. Ok, but what size should I
use?
We're not keeping them in a separate ASP.
