Interesting Walter - I've always heard from RIM and IBM that it was more
like one user and that Outlook BES accounts were more like 5 users.

Or maybe it IS that "special" BES version I'm running... ;)

You must be running a "special" version of BES.

If you leave the default polling interval of the BES server to 20 seconds.
Each BES user is equal to about a dozen notes users.
