Domino/Notes and DST again!

Hello,

Well it looks like Domino is goofed up again on DST. I setup a job to
shut down Domino (8.0.1) on the IBM i (V5R4) before 2 AM and restart it
after 3:05 AM Sunday. The i changed time just fine but now all the email
going through Domino shows a send time one hour in the future. Domino
has been shut down and restarted twice since then for backups. The
config has "This server is using the OS's time zone and daylight saving
time rules." in Additional Info that can't be changed.

How do I kick this pig back into reality?
