Intelliwatch

Has anyone dealt with Intelliwatch specifically with i5/os? It took a
half day to comprehend what had to be done and where and now I'm trying
to figure out how to get the IWINFO and assorted programs to run. I
think it is an issue of where these programs should be located but I'm
not sure......QUSRNOTES, QDOMXXXXXXX, etc. I've a call into IBM but the
response is extremely slowwwwwwwwwwwwwww...........
