The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Actually, she prefers that over the "dummy" account. That way, if someone
does have a valid reply then someone will process it in a timely fashion.

That was the same area that allowed her to not get the "Out of Office"
replies on these mass communications. So she's digging it.
