Rob,

The All Documents view has the selection formula (for mail template
version 7.0.1):
@IsNotMember("A"; ExcludeFromView) & IsMailStationery != 1 & Form !=
"Group" & Form != "Person"

So, there may be 2000+ documents that do not fall under that selection
formula...

Also, the difference could be, between Document count and All Documents
view total, as well as the totals between the replicas:
1. Possible Replication/Save conflicts --- you can find these by creating
a simple view with the selection formula "@IsAvailable($Conflict)"
2. Possible field level security (Reader/Author fields) that the
user/server does not have acces to
3. Possible email/document with encryption user/server does not have the
key to

Just some ideas...

Thanks!
Dan

Subject
Database Document count vs All Documents count.

Database properties shows 45,604 documents on one replica and 45,592 on
another. All Documents view shows 43,289 documents on both.

1 - What is the difference between the database document count and the All

Documents view?
2 - Is it kosher to have a difference in the database document count
between replicas?

Database is a simple Domino archive of someone's mail file.
