Bingo. That was it. Apparently there was some resolution that needed to
be resolved between my registration of servers and what was created using
CFGDOMSVR. Several of the servers were in "TCPIP Network" instead of just
"TCPIP". The only servers showing up in "Other" were those within the
same Notes Named Network as that which appears in "user's home mail
server's Notes Named Network". So, if I had as my home mail server
NOTES01 and it's Notes Named Network was "TCPIP" I would not see NOTES03
if it's Notes Named Network was "TCPIP Network" when I was in my Notes
client and clicked on File, Database, Open, Other. One way to see the
list of networks is to open the names.nsf (do NOT use the admin client)
and expand Configuration, Messaging, Networks. The admin client is
missing "Networks" (at least in 7.0.3). Once I put everyone in "TCPIP"
and replicated that throughout I did some spot checking at various clients
and now they see all the servers when they select "Other".
As far as the refreshing the list of servers in the Admin Client that is a
separate issue that I had previously had resolved.
