Does the 'Refresh Server List' option within the Administrator have any
effect? (under the 'Administration' area of the drop down menus)

I added a few servers last week. I am used to the fact that when one does
File, Database, Open that the server may not appear on the first list
until you actually open a database on that server. However, I am under
the impression that if you select "Other" it should appear on that second
list. Some are not. You can type in the name of the new server manually,
click open and it will then list the databases on that server so it
doesn't appear to be a security issue. Clients have rebooted since last
week.
How do I get the server to appear in the list of "Other"?
