The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Probably flagged as Low Priority. That only routes by default at 12am to
6am. You can change that in your configuration documents for the SMTP
server to either ignore priority or change the time window.

Stuck in mail#.box
I have a user that claims that he's not getting mail from one of our very
major customers in a timely fashion. Often doesn't get it until next day.
I checked the mail#.box files. I see some there now from this customer
to him (and some others). Size is only about 12k.
They are in the mail#.box files on one of our "smtp" servers. Just not
routing over to one of the "mail" servers holding the mail files. Other
emails are just shooting right through.
MAIL.Hold = 0
MAIL.Waiting = 15
MAIL.WaitingForDIR = 0
MAIL.WaitingForDNS = 1
MAIL.WaitingRecipients = 24
TRACE mailserver from smtpserver looks good, and vice versa
Trying ROUTE servername from both doesn't seem to kick it into gear.
Bouncing smtpserver didn't do squat.
