I am sure that you will get more ideas from others.

I would look at any Agents or Design elements that the Admin signed and
sign them with a valid Notes ID. I'd hate to hear that some of your
critical apps stopped working after you removed him from the Domino
Directory.

If you have a common ID that was used for signing things, and may have had
Admin rights to everything, I would change that password as well.

I am not sure about the ownership of any objects, as Domino related stuff
*should* be owned by QNOTES.
