My domino co-admin retired last Friday.

So far I have removed him from the Admin group and other groups where he
was listed.

His windows network/domain access has been revoked.

I do need to change passwords for the admin.id and the cert.id. Are there
others that I've forgotten? What about Server.id? Is there a proper
protocol for changing the password of these three critical id files?

I know that once I change the password for these id files I will need to
copy them to my pc and to my flash drive for home use.

Are there any ramifications if I delete him from the domino directory even
though he may still be referenced as an owner of or as the last user of
some objects?

What about ACL's where he is listed specifically ?

Thanks for any input.

Regards, Jerry
