That is correct, for whatever reason our business partner failed to renew our PA so we are battling IBM to get reinstated.

If you point us to what's missing I would be most grateful.

If so, then does the server at least show up on WRKDOMSVR? Like, are you
using option 1 on WRKDOMSVR to start it, or are you trying STRDOMSVR
instead? If it doesn't show up in WRKDOMSVR then I have an idea as to
what file in which directory you are missing. But instead of telling you
that it might be better to look up redbooks on migrating a domino server
from some other platform to the System i. It might be as simple (since
you already have the Domino data directory restored) as running CFGDOMSVR
with some option or another that the data is already there.
