It used to be optional on the client install, but on recent installs we
don't appear to be able to uninstall it.

Enabled on the server via the ServerTasks= line

DECS

Enabled on the client during the install, I believe it's part of the
typical installation.

According to the DECS Install & Users Guide:

"DECS is installed as part of all new Domino installations and upgrades
but you must select the DECS option to activate its functionality when you


install Domino."

How does one go about activating DECS functionality after Domino is
already installed? Is it even possible?

I'm using R7 on V5R4.
