Do you have DMPCLLSTK? You could try that several times against the 
DMPSVRSTKS jobs to get a trace of what the DMPSVRSTKS may be doing.

What about ENDJOBABN?

Don't want to open a new pmr now, but I've had two processes hang lately
on a DMPSVRSTKS in a batch job.  Different iSeries completely.
Domino 6.5.4fp3 on V5R4.

Hang was no msgw or anything.  Well, one was a batch job.  The 
interactive
one stuck in that qshell screen.  No amount of enter, etc cleared it 
off.
Sys-Req, option 90 to sign off.  Option 2 wouldn't even break it.
