Was that all of the nondelivery message?  Seems to be missing some
information...

Did you change the domain for your user, too, or are they really sending to
dekko.nospam.com?

Are their HTML messages coming from the same server as their normal
messages?  Assuming not, possibly their HTML message server is not
resolving your server's address correctly.  What little is available in the
error makes me think that it is trying to connect to your server at the
wrong address and so is not getting the replies it wants.

Rob,

Do you have any kind of Rules running on your SMTP server that might be
deleting the message when it come from them?

Can you receive regular messages from them (different than the POs)?

Do they get any kind of non-delivery receipt or failure?
